Note: All rates are based on 2 people. Add $25/person/night for additional guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (including children).

All rates subject to 5% GST and 8% PST. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to each stay.

Policies

Check-in at 4:00 pm and checkout at 10:30 am

Damage Deposit of $500 is held against your credit card at check in and will be released after your departure. We also require a 50% deposit for your stay upon booking.

If you choose to cancel 60 days or more prior to check-in, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to check in, you lose your deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to check in.

Primary tenant must be 30 years of age or older.

Tall Cedars is located in a quiet, adult oriented neighbourhood. Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am and no excessive music or noise anytime. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

This property is not suitable for small children therefore we do not accept bookings with any children 4 years and under.

Sorry, no pets – no exceptions.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Damage deposit will be kept if there is evidence of smoking inside the house.

We prefer to speak to you by phone so please call with any questions you may have and to book. Calls will be returned as promptly as possible (within 24 hours). All bookings are contingent on a signed contract.
